Operations Assistant

Julie joined JMI in July of 2023 as an Operations Assistant. Working closely with both JMI’s President and Chief Operating Officer, Julie supports senior leadership with their project management operations. Her roles include streamlining processes and procedures, managing project schedules, financial data management, and system reconciliation. Prior to joining JMI, Julie worked in government contracting, focusing on health and human services. Her experience includes writing and managing proposals, producing standard operating procedures and training materials, and managing field offices. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in History from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro.
