Leonard Cumley

Leonard Cumley, CPA, is the Chief Financial Officer for the Justice Management Institute. He is responsible for all aspects of JMI's financial management and record keeping systems. Mr. Cumley's work experience in the non-profit sector includes senior financial management positions with the International Arabian Horse Association, Mercy Housing, Inc., the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (UCAR), and the Geological Society of America. Mr. Cumley received his bachelor's and master's degrees from Wichita State University, where he graduated with honors.
